Is the free plan really free? Forever?
Yes. The free plan is permanently free with no time limit. You get up to 3 active projects with full access to core features. No credit card required to start.
What counts as an "active" project?
Any project that is not in the Completed status. Once you mark a project as Complete, it no longer counts toward your limit and you can start a new one.
Do AI generation limits reset each month?
Yes. Design and photography generation counts reset on the first of each calendar month. Unused generations do not roll over.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your billing settings. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing period.
Are there transaction fees on payments?
No fees from Zavara. Stripe's standard processing fees apply (typically 2.9% + 30¢ per transaction). You receive the full project amount minus Stripe's fees.
What happens if I exceed my project limit?
You won't be able to create new projects until you complete existing ones or upgrade your plan. Existing projects are never deleted or locked.
Is my data safe if I cancel?
You can export your data at any time. After cancellation your account and data are retained for 30 days, giving you time to export anything you need.
