What counts as an "active" project?
Any project not marked as Complete. Once you close out a project, it stops counting toward your limit. Existing projects are never deleted.
Can I manage multiple clients at once?
Yes. Each project is independent with its own client portal, revision history, and payment thread. No limit on simultaneous clients within your plan's project cap.
What if I need more than my plan allows?
Upgrade to a higher plan at any time from your billing settings. Or complete existing projects to free up slots on lower plans.
