Do clients need to create an account?
No. Each project portal is accessed via a unique magic link. Clients tap it and they're in — no sign-up, no password.
Can I customise the branding?
Yes on the Ultra plan. Choose a colour theme and typography that matches your studio. The portal shows your studio name, not Zavara's.
What happens if a client shares the link?
The link is project-specific and protected by a unique token. Anyone with the link can view that project's portal. You control who you share the link with.
Can I revoke access?
Yes. Marking a project as Complete closes the active portal view. You remain in control of the project lifecycle.
